Tamiya's Special Series covers themed releases, anniversary commemorations, and unique chassis-and-body combinations that fall outside the mainstream catalogue. Black Specials, gold-plated variants, Metallic specials, special-edition Lunch Boxes and Comicals — they all live here.

This is the right collection if you collect Tamiya, or if you want a kit that nobody else at the bash spot will be running. Many of these are short-run productions and re-stock is unpredictable.

Every kit is genuine Tamiya, sourced through reliable channels and stocked at our Lower Hutt shop. We can hold a kit while you decide and ship NZ-wide.
