Delivery Options

Local Wellington Region Delivery

• Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 12pm within Lower Hutt
• Next-day delivery available to wider Wellington region (including Upper Hutt, Wellington City, Porirua, and Kapiti Coast)
• Free delivery on orders over $50 within the Wellington region
  

Nationwide Shipping

• Standard shipping across New Zealand via NZPost
• Orders typically delivered within 1-3 working days
• North Island: $20.00 shipping fee
• North Island Rural: $20.00 shipping fee
• South Island: $40.00 shipping fee
• South Island: $45.00 shipping fee
• Free nationwide shipping on orders over $850
• Rural delivery may require additional 1-2 working days

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
• Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following business day
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched
• During peak periods (Christmas, sales events), processing times may be extended

International Shipping
